3. Transaction Policy

Transactions are completed within 5-15 minutes after confirmation. All transactions are final and non-reversible once confirmed. Rates are confirmed before each transaction begins.

4. No Refund Policy

All transactions are final and non-reversible. Once a transaction has been initiated and confirmed, it cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming.

5. Accuracy of Information

Customers must provide correct and accurate payment details, wallet addresses, and personal information. IG Global Exchange is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect details provided by the customer.

6. Rate Policy

Exchange rates are dynamic and subject to market fluctuations. Rates are confirmed with the customer before each transaction. The confirmed rate is valid only for the specific transaction and timeframe agreed upon.

7. Anti-Fraud Measures

IG Global Exchange reserves the right to decline, delay, or cancel any transaction that appears suspicious or potentially fraudulent. We implement strict verification measures to protect all parties involved.

8. Communication

All official communication must be conducted through our verified channels only (WhatsApp, official email, Instagram). We are not responsible for any interactions conducted through unofficial channels.

9. Service Availability

Our services may vary or be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, market conditions, or regulatory requirements. We strive to provide uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.

IG Global Exchange shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to market losses, technical failures, or third-party actions.
