Processing Time

Transactions are completed within 5-15 minutes after confirmation. During peak periods or network congestion, processing may take longer.

Minimum Trade Amount

The minimum trade amount is $100 USD equivalent. We support both retail and bulk transactions.

Finality of Transactions

All transactions are final and non-reversible. Once a transaction has been confirmed and processed, it cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded under any circumstances.

Accuracy Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing correct wallet addresses, bank details, and other payment information. IG Global Exchange is not liable for losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Rate Confirmation

Exchange rates are confirmed with the customer before each transaction. The agreed rate is locked in for the duration of that specific transaction only.

Suspicious Activity

IG Global Exchange reserves the right to decline or delay any transaction that triggers fraud detection or appears suspicious. Additional verification may be required.

Supported Currencies

We currently support payouts in NGN (Nigerian Naira), ZAR (South African Rand), GHS (Ghanaian Cedi), and KES (Kenyan Shilling).
